This Privacy Policy explains how AI Life Lab ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile application Money Exchanges Map (the "App") and the related website (money-exchanges-map.netlify.app). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Location data. When you use the "Exchange Map" tab and tap "Current location" or move the map, the App accesses your device's location and sends it to Google Maps Platform to find and display nearby currency‑exchange spots. We do not store your location on our servers or link it to your identity.
Bill‑splitting (Warikan) data. If you use the online‑sharing feature of the bill‑split tool, the information you enter — member names or nicknames, item descriptions, and amounts — is stored in a Google Firebase Realtime Database so it can be shared with people you send the room link to. Anyone who has the room link can view and edit that room. Please do not enter sensitive personal information. This data is pseudonymous; we do not attach it to any account or real‑world identity.
Preferences stored on your device. Your theme, language, selected currencies, and favorites are stored locally on your device (local storage) and are not transmitted to us.
In‑app purchase. The optional map unlock is a one‑time purchase processed entirely by Apple. We never receive or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat to verify and manage your purchase entitlement; RevenueCat processes the purchase receipt and an anonymous, randomly generated app‑user identifier.
Exchange rates. Currency rates are fetched from a third‑party exchange‑rate API. No personal data is sent in these requests.
The App relies on the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:
We use the information solely to provide the App's features: showing nearby exchange locations, converting currencies, and enabling the bill‑split sharing you initiate. We do not use it for profiling or advertising.
Bill‑split room data remains in Firebase until it is removed. You can clear your data using the "Clear all" function in the App, and preferences can be cleared by deleting the App or clearing site data. To request deletion of a shared room, contact us at the address below.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We apply reasonable technical measures. Shared bill‑split rooms are protected by an unguessable room identifier, and database rules restrict access to requests carrying that identifier.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access or delete data associated with you. Because the App does not use accounts, please contact us with enough detail (e.g., a room link) so we can assist.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version.

アプリ内購入。任意のマップ解除は買い切りの課金で、決済はすべて Apple が処理します。当方が支払い情報を受け取る・保存することは一切ありません。 購入の検証・管理には RevenueCat を利用し、RevenueCat は購入レシートと、無作為に生成された匿名のアプリ利用者IDを処理します。
為替レート。為替レートは第三者の為替APIから取得します。これらの通信で個人データを送信することはありません。
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、それぞれ各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
取得した情報は、近くの換金所の表示、通貨換算、ユーザーが開始した割り勘共有といった本アプリの機能を提供する目的でのみ利用します。 プロファイリングや広告のためには使用しません。
割り勘ルームのデータは、削除されるまで Firebase に保存されます。本アプリの「すべてクリア」機能でデータを消去でき、設定はアプリの削除または サイトデータの消去でクリアできます。共有ルームの削除をご希望の場合は、下記までご連絡ください。
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
